Shipping
We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Charges
- FREE Delivery on all UK & Republic of Ireland orders over £50.
- £3.99 for all UK orders under £50 (Standard Delivery).
- £6.99 for all UK orders under £50 (Express Delivery).

Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 12 PM are normally dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday).
- Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day.
Delivery Time Estimates
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-5 working days (not fully tracked, tracking available upon delivery).
- Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days (fully tracked service).
Important Information
- Free delivery items will be sent via the standard delivery option.
- Once orders are shipped and a tracking number is provided, we cannot change or amend the delivery or shipping address.
- Parcels going to an Irish address require a postcode (Eircode) at checkout.
- Orders containing incorrect postal codes or shipping addresses outside the UK or ROI will not be processed.
Returns
To receive a full refund for a returned item, please ensure the following return requirements are met:
Return Requirements
- Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Product must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
- All product labels & tags must remain attached.
- All product contents must be included and unused.
Return Process
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and covering the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using recorded or special delivery, as we cannot be liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
- Include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return.
- If needed, we can provide a pre-paid returns label at your cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Important Return Conditions
- Items returned without an invoice or insufficient details may not be processed.
- Returns made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of receiving them.
- During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning.
- Most items are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for up to 1 year (manufacturer's discretion).
- Manufacturing faults do not cover wear and tear, scratches, paint damage, or accidental breakages.
- The manufacturer must approve any repair, replacement, or credit before we can process your return.
- Resolution may take 6-8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
Specific Product Returns
Returning Waders & Wading Boots
Before issuing a credit or replacement, waders must be tested by the manufacturer. If no manufacturing fault is found, the customer must cover return postage.
Note: Waders may be damaged by thorns, barbed wire, or rough terrain.
Returning Fly Lines
Fly lines must be tested by the manufacturer before issuing a credit or replacement. If no fault is found, the customer must cover return postage.
Note: Fly lines may be damaged by pulling through rocks or stones.
Disputes & Complaints
If you have a dispute or complaint, please email info@angling.pro with:
- The name used for the order.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Contact details for resolution.
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.
Restocking Fee for Courier Returns
If a courier makes three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. A £5 restocking fee will apply before resending the package.
