The Fulling Mill Ronan's Hotspot Nymph Hook Size 12 is an impressionistic river nymph designed to suggest a wide range of food rather than imitate one specific insect.

Its defining feature is the bright hotspot, which improves visibility when the river carries a little colour or when the fly is being presented deeper in the water.

The pattern is especially useful in fast or deep runs, where a more visible nymph can be easier for fish to locate in turbulent conditions.

It can be fished beneath an indicator or suspended under a buoyant dry fly, giving anglers a practical choice of presentation styles. Available in sizes 10, 12 and 14, the pattern can also be scaled to suit different flows and water levels.
